Topi (pronounced Toe-pea) is named after the beautiful African antelope and also her great great granddad Tor, whose nick name was Topi.

She was purchased from my special friends Sarah Phipps-Baker and Ian Baker, as her ancestors included most of my long lost dogs, whose names didn't appear in my own present dogs' pedigrees, including:

Topi only attended one Championship Show at 10 months old, before Covid stopped everything. Instead she has enjoyed a life full of walks as well as holidays with family and friends, whilst I have endured hospital stays. She is consequently a really people orientated girl and gets so excited when people say hello, she finds it difficult to keep her paws on the floor, her only vice, as she doesn't have a bad bone in her body.

Topi is an ultra obedient and sensitive girl, always apologetic, even for things she hasn't done! Slender and energetic, her partner in crime was Rebel (Tenfield Tornado) and she became noticeably quieter when Rebel left for her new home. She is very well constructed and stands four square very naturally. She has glowing health test results and being Icthyosis clear, the plan is to mate her to the most handsome Rolo (Tenfield Dark And Stormy) later on.

In the meantime, she will continue to live life to the full, enjoying her walks and the odd holiday where she has lots of attention from other people. She always looks neat and tidy with an easy to keep 'wash and go' bright golden coat and everyone comments on her pretty face and dark eyes. She constantly reminds me of her great granny Chase, who she resembles uncannily in looks and she has very many of the same character traits as well.
