Boomer is a thoroughly health tested working English Cocker Spaniel.
Boomer has a lovely natural hunting style, he works closely and is responsive even among heavy quarry. He is completely silent both in work and at home which is a nod to his behaviour in general which is calm and professional.
Boomer comes into his own retrieving and always takes whistle aids immediately, he never questions direction but is capable of thinking for himself when needed and is capable and extremely determined on runners or difficult retrieves over varied terrain.
Boomer is part of the family here and is brilliant with other dogs and children. He’s not a dominant dog and has an extremely soft and loving nature. He’s has an intensity about him which gives him great eye contact at all times.
Boomer is short coupled and very compact, he is naturally well muscled with good strong, straight legs. He is dark eyed with dark pigmentation. Boomer is broad muzzled and can carry all sized game with gentle confidence.
Boomer is home bred out of a petite, pretty dark red bitch of impressive Nithvalley lines and sired by a FTCH.
