Chummy did a wonderful job of raising her first litter of 5 daughters and one son by John & Jo Whiteside's Rufus (Overdene Cúmhaí), bred by my sister, Merriol Haselden. The puppies arrived safely in the early hours of Sunday, 29 June 2014.

Chummy is a very sweet-natured, pale golden girl; one of two bitches in her mother Honey's last litter born in 2012. Further information about her can be found on her page; she has a hip score of 3:3 and clear eyes under the KC/BVA scheme (tested April 2014) - see results of health tests. As both her parents tested DNA clear for GR_PRA 1 and GR_PRA 2, Chummy is "clear by inheritance".

This was also Rufus's first litter. He is a very laid-back, darker gold boy; happy, friendly and well adjusted. He has a current clear eye certificate under the KC/BVA scheme (tested February 2014), his hip score is 6:7, and he has been DNA tested "clear" for GR_PRA1 and GR_PRA2 (see results of health tests on Rufus's own page). As a result, Rufus and Chummy's puppies will be "clear by inheritance" for GR_PRA 1 and 2.

The puppies were raised in our home with access to the outside once they were old enough. They left for their new homes with a puppy pack, which included pedigree, KC registration documents (which we endorsed "progeny not eligible for registration" and "not eligible for the issue of an export pedigree"), diet sheet, information leaflets, copies of the parents' hip and eye certificates and worming record. The puppies were also microchipped.
