Oscar is an excellent example of a medium sized, dual purpose Wirehaired Vizsla, with a top quality russet wire coat and great confirmation. He has a low hipscore and clear eye cert feb 2015.

At home in the show ring or field, he has gained many accolades including his Working Gundog Certificate on Game, a "good" grading as an adult dog in a Grouse Pointing test, several BOBs at open show level and most recently was awarded Best Dog at Leeds Champ Show 2014 and 1st in Special Working Gundog at Crufts 2015. He's most at home on the grouse moors, however, where he reliably hunts, points and retrieves throughout the working day. Most importantly he is a lovely family dog with an eagerness to please that makes him a joy to work and live with.

Oscar sadly passed away unexpectedly after a short illness in December 2015. My first Wire Vizsla who taught me a huge amount, he is and always will be sorely missed.
