AS KC ASSURED BREEDERS we are delighted to announce the arrival of Ruby's final litter of chocolate puppies, born on 17th April 2013 & sired by Keene's Walnut Wesley.

She is proving to be a brilliant mother to her new family of 2 bitches & 5 dogs.

At the moment, her puppies are at the 'waddling / toddling' stage but it won't be long before they will become aware of each other & their cosy surroundings...Then the fun & games will begin!

Both parents have been tested under the KC/BVA Hip & Elbow Schemes & hold current clear Eye Certificates.
Both Hip Score results are very even at 3:3 for each dog.

In addition, the Sire is Optigen certified as CLEAR of prcd-PRA & has a ZERO Elbow grading.

Keene's Walnut Wesley ~ 'Wes', is a good sized, lovely quality chocolate with a kindly & biddable temperament to match Ruby's.

Bred mainly from American bloodlines on his paternal side, 'Wes' is lucky indeed to have a most famous Sire in Ch Sh Naiken Way Out West..a Junior Warrant Winner (JW) who holds the current Breed Record for a chocolate Labrador, listing 21 Challenge Certificates (CC's) & 14 Reserve Challenge Certificates (RCC's) to his credit.

His father's other accolades include winning Top Male Labrador 2010 & Joint Top Labrador 2011.

In 2010, he was the first ever chocolate to be awarded a CC at Crufts.

Our puppies are carefully brought up in a loving home environment where household noises & family interactions are the norm.
Spring is a lovely time of year for a litter with warmer weather.. & later on, the puppies will benefit from being able to go outside to doze & play with cardboard boxes together!
Outdoors, they will experience different smells, sights & sounds & which will naturally assist healthy growth as well as the development of those important puppy 'social skills'.

Puppies will be ready to leave us for their new homes, from June 11th by arrangement.
