I met Oliver when he was just 1, and fell instantly in love with him. we went back to see him when he was 2, knowing his hip score had come through at a very respectible 8 and that his pedigree was perfect to go with either Deme or Willow, but how had the last year been....? we were blown away, he had matured beautifully & is as soft as they come, who could want for more! we also met the rest of the family, including his lovely mum. the best news was that he & Deme liked each other too! Despite being a maiden, Oliver was vey profesional about the whole business & we eventually had 2 good matings. we are now eagerly awaiting the birth, Deme is huffing a lot and i am very glad the weather has cooled off...for her sake. This liter will give Willow the opportunity to "see pups" & she will probably go to Oliver in the autumn.

At 4 days, the pups are doing relly well, we had some pigment when they were born & that is increasing rapidly, Oliver has great pigment so i guess he needs to take most of the credit for that, although Deme usually has a nice black nose, like a lot of bitches, it can vary with her hormones! The pups are gaining weight well & keeping us thoroughly entertained!

we are very excited about this litter and particularly keen to hear from people who want to stay in touch and meet up for walks!

The pups are now 2 1/2 weeks old and doing very well. although some pups are reserved, none have been "allocated" as we are waiting for the personalities to emerge. we will work very closely with the new owners, who will finally get to meet the pups at the end of the week, when they are past the 3 week stage. Pups were born 2 days early, ie 22nd May. We make sure the new owners know as much about their new pup as possible, eg whether they are strong personalities or quieter. The pups will be ready to go to their new homes from about the 18th of July

it's been an incredible weekend, the pups are now on solids...in solids and solids all over themselves. they are playing with each other and Willow, who spends more time in with them than anyone else, she even barked at Spice, when she started to do some (much needed) washing....
All of the pups from Deme's litter are now sold, but i am taking calls from people who wish to be considered for one of Willow's up and coming litte!

All the pups are now settled in their new homes, i am very proud to report that all have travelled perfectly, including one that went to Manchester, a 6 hour journey. part of our socialisation programme includes taking the pups out in the car, in pairs and with their mum. It would appear that this has been a great sucess, giving the new homes no "bad experiences" to get their pup over! I must mention my daughter Sadie, who has been the one in charge of the pups for their car scoialisation & whose calm, quiet manner has made this happen....as well as the fact the pups adore her and thus trust her! it seems fair also to mention Lynne (from Manchester) who totally put Miracle ahead of herself and did not stop whilst Miracle slept! (she must have been shattered!) but that is the kind of person i let buy my pups! So, now we are waiting for Willow to come into season! There are pups back throughout the summer,, when their owners go on holiday, and anyone who may be interested in a baby Willow will be able to meet someone from this litter!
