Alka (Mother) is the daughter of Ada, our first Wirehaired Viszla and legendary character to all who meet her, and Jago, a handsome championship winning gentleman of a dog. Alka has the kindest nature with all, being our go to dog for bringing some of our clients that struggle with socialisation out of their shell and showing them all the good things about life. She’s always had a great head on her shoulders and I can honestly say that on a shoot day she is a dog I don’t ever have to think about. She works with ease, has the dream steadiness and a great nose, paired with that must have Viszla character that never fails to put a smile on your face. She’s a very easy dog (not like her mother!) and has siblings that work the peg, the moors, the deer and are great family pets. She really is the perfect all rounder.
We’ve chosen to pair her to Iszkiri who is a working bred show Viszla to really get the best balance in the next generation. Our Wildnook viszlas know how to work, and we wanted a dog that complimented that without pushing it too much to the other side of ignorance or brash. He also aesthetically pairs nicely to her coat type and we believe this match will continue to produce the stamp we are aiming for in every aspect.
