Quin stood out from the start as being very special. It is obvious why she is her mother Uki's favourite - she has the intelligence and measured patience to be a superb leader. She was the first to escape the whelping pen and the garden, and happily coached her siblings to follow her. Thankfully her plans were foiled in time!

Her quiet reserve hides that she was the Alpha Puppy and is still loved and respected by all. She is also incredibly affectionate and well behaved.

Her traditional old school working colourings mean she is not favoured in the Show Ring by non-specialists which means she has often unjustly placed down the line. Her overall construction, angulation and movement is superb. That said, she has still won plenty at Open and Championship Show level.

At 13 months old under Breed Specialists she won both her adult classes at Midland Counties Championship Show, and both 2nd places at WPBS Championship Show. At 14 months old she then reverted to 1st place again at Ladies Kennel Association Championship Show and at 15 months old 1st again at Boston Championship Show.

After a long break, she re-entered the Show Ring at the Scottish Siberian Husky Club Championship Show and appreciating how good she was looking, I cheekily entered her in the Open Bitch Class. She won 2nd and gained her Stud Book Number, qualifying her for Crufts for Life. Quite a day out!

She runs team on the 6 dog race team, and lead on the 3 and 4 dog teams training her baby sisters.
