Dauntless. Some would say, that is all I need to say. When emergency home circumstances meant I could no longer take his puppy mother or her sister home as planned, I was devastated. Her son was worth the wait. What a dog!

Dauntless was named because of his personality. He's a larger than life character, an absolute dichotomy. He's such a polite, sweet natured, sociable boy who is adored by the pack. He seeks to please and showers all with love. And then he hilariously causes carnage, usually by accident.

He took to harness straight away, graduating to advanced commands, tough demanding trails and distance very quickly. He is incredibly focused and hardworking and while he can lead perfectly well he excels in wheel where his strength and stamina is highly desirable. He has ran on my 6 dog team all season.

Lockdown sadly meant no shows throughout his puppy career, but he's ventured out on a few occasions since and enjoyed himself (maybe a little too much, I prefer to leave him at home!) with several Championship Class wins and other well won Championship places.

He's gained his Stud Book Number and has qualified for Crufts for life.

His brothers have had considerable success with two Champions made up and another on the way.

A memorable Championship Show was one brother winning the Challenge Certificate and Best of Breed against Dauntless's daughter Iqniq who won the Bitch Challenge Certificate with Dauntless's sister winning the Reserve Challenge Certificate. Another was a brother winning the Dog CC and Best In Show against Iqniq's Best Opposite Sex and Reserve Best in Show, baby sister Cath-Sith Best Puppy Bitch in Show and her brother Drum Best Puppy Dog and Best Puppy in Show! Good breeding will out as they say!
