Jess is our Daisy's daughter by the gorgeous chocolate boy Lightbringer One Fine Day (Bailey). Jess has inherited her parents lovely temperaments, she is a calm, sweet, gentle, loving girl whose main aim in life is to please her humans! Whenever I sit down she lies down next to me and goes to sleep with her head on my foot.

She loves retrieving anything, and has set herself the task of rounding up all stray footwear in the house and bringing it to mum for putting away! In exchange for a biscuit of course! Like her mum and her granny she loves water, and retrieving from water, and is a confident swimmer.

In type she is slightly lighter in build than her Mum, with good conformation and a very pretty face. We were delighted when Jess's hip and elbow scores came back as 0 all round - the very best that you can get! As she is genetically clear by parentage for PRA, EIC, CNM, and HNPK no puppy that she produces can ever suffer from any of these conditions.

Jess has passed the Kennel Club Good Citizen Silver and Bronze Awards.

Jess has had some lovely litters and is an excellent mum, in fact she really loves caring for puppies. She is now retired from breeding.

We were delighted that Canine Partners rated Jess's first litter so highly that they took on 3 pups from it, these puppies completed a rigorous training programme and are now qualified assistance dogs enjoying their jobs of helping their human partners in their daily lives. Canine Partners were so pleased with those puppies that they came back again for puppies from her second litter. Canine Partners are a wonderful organisation that trains dogs to assist people who have disabilities. The dogs love their job, in fact to them it is more of a game than a job as they get lots of rewards!
