Betty has a biddable personality with kind nature and is eager to please. Betty lives with her mother and other family dogs in the home though on rare occasions does spend time in the kennel. Betty is a working gun dog and picks up on various shoots in the area and is in great demand for her skills. She is also happy to be a peg dog for my husband and I when we go off for the day. Betty is keen on water retrieves, excellent on long retrieves both runners and dead game. She is also highly capable on blind retrieves and will continue until she finds her quarry. Betty proved to be a quick learner and a pleasure to train. She enjoys dummy training almost as much as the real thing and there is always some item or other in her mouth as she goes about her day. Betty will hold sit and deliver both game and dummies until asked to give. Bettys pedigree consists of Holbatch, Flashmount, Westhope, Deuarth and Drakeshead with many FTCH's in her lines.
