Master of the pack. Jester simply is everything a flat coat should be in personality, gentle, sociable, clever, and above all funny! He really lives up to his name with a jovial charm. He's greatest joy is pleasing his audience whether it be with laughs or helpfulness. The most instinctual and reliable working dog during the shooting season, with plenty of drive and speed. Jester's pedigree is a full mixture of successful show and working lines creating a very biddable and trainable dog with the hope his traits are inherited. He is a proven Sire and carries the liver gene.

The sensitive one, Fallow has become a very sincere young boy, heart broken with any stern word. His gentle and loving nature makes him a lovely dog to live with, train and work, he puts all his faith and confidence in the ones he trusts most. He has a very special pedigree going back to my introduction to the breed with my first dog and many multi talented and stylish dogs to create our little deer hart as he is affectionately known. Fallow is shown occasionally with quiet success. He has a life time qualification to Crufts and recognised for his humble but outstanding temperment. Fallow is a proven Sire and carries the liver gene.

My first bitch and what a journey she's taking me on. She's a stylish tradition liver girl bursting with class and natural gundog ability inherited from her award winning pedigree. She gained her SDC & KCWGC in one day at just 20 months having just experienced her first shooting season picking up. She has immaculate health results with eyes clear and 0:0 hips and elbow scores. An equally capable show girl on occasion and at select shows. Robin is an easy, loving and devoted dog to live with, she is our alpha female and takes her job naturally and seriously. She has a very instinctive and maternal nature which she has used to raise 2 litters in 2016 and 2017. Robin is quite simply a dog in a million, incredibly special and adored. Sadly missed

This kennel aims to breed high quality capable, healthy puppies of both black and liver flat coated retrievers which classically meet the breed standard. Our hope is that each member of our exclusive family run kennel goes on to live a life full of fun and activities.

Our dogs are trained working dogs, pick up during the shooting season and compete at working tests out of season. It is important that they prove their worth by achieving a shooting dog certificate (SDC) and kennel club working gundog certificate (KCWGC)

We occasionally breed our dogs and our boys are available at stud. If you are interested in finding a puppy with our lines, we'd love to hear from you. We have a vigorous interview procedure but having a waiting list of potential owners is essentially valuable and makes breeding viable as well as incredibly flattering.
