Sire is from a strong working environment, elbows 0/0, hips 5/4, HUU clear and is not overused at stud; dam is from working stock but not actually worked, elbows 0/0, hips 4/5, HUU carrier. This is her first litter at age three.

While you will be expecting to be asked lots of questions by breeders, it’s very important to remember that you should be asking lots of questions too. You want to have a good rapport with your breeder and feel confident that they will be there to support you over the lifetime of the puppy.

I’m very happy to put prospective owners in touch with previous buyers so that you can vet me as much (or more!).

There are no questionnaires to complete, however there is a legally binding contract to be signed on collection of your puppy. This is primarily to protect the puppy, but also protects you as the buyer, giving you confidence in who you’re dealing with.

Where there is a greater geographical distance between us making visits difficult, I do ask that we have a few chats on the phone over the coming weeks.
