** Update ** Jazmin gave birth to 12 healthy Red Wheaten puppies 01/06/2025 - Mum & pups are doing well, we are so happy.

RedCrown Rhodesian Ridgebacks are excited to announce the pregnancy confirmation of our ‘RedCrown Royale Litter’ of Red Wheaten dual purpose pet/potentially show quality puppies. Puppies are due the first week of June and will be ready to go to their new homes in early August 2025. We are passionate about producing puppies from fully health tested, top quality dogs of good temperament & will fully vet our puppies potential families to ensure they will be going to capable, loving forever homes
🍀 Jazmin & Midas are JME & DM clear as are their parents. We do not own, or believe in breeding with or from JME or DM carriers as these awful diseases need to be eradicated from the Rhodesian Ridgeback breed & hopefully one day they will be
🍀 Both sire 'Midas' & dam 'Jazmin’ are Hip/Elbow scored & DNA tested. They both have outstanding pedigrees containing multiple champions from Slovakian, Italian, Russian, US, Dutch, British, Australian & African top quality breeders bloodlines. This pairing has been chosen carefully (I drove out to Slovakia to personally check and bring Midas home to the UK. He is bred by the very well respected international FCI Judge Milada Krchnava at her successful Luanda Rhodesian Ridgeback kennel - All her dogs live in her home as do ours) with an inbreeding co-efficient of 2.2% - Well below the breed average of 6.4% - to hopefully enhance and compliment each dogs attributes to ensure healthy, well constructed red wheaten black nosed offspring fit for function, If all go's to plan

🍀 Jazmin & Midas (both shown very lightly) have been very successful in the show ring winning classes at both Open & Championship level Midas having been in the cards at Crufts & has gained his Junior Warrant & Stud Book number so is therefore qualified for Crufts for life ( a fabulous achievement which RedCrown Ridgebacks are very proud of).

Our dogs are part of our family and live in the house with us, they are very well behaved & respect their place 'in our pack'. We will have endorsements placed on the puppies papers 'progeny not eligible for registration' & 'progeny not eligible for export' (These may be lifted in the future if certain criteria is achieved). All owners will be asked to read, check & sign their sales contract prior to taking their new baby home.
Puppies will be checked for DS, be KC registered, given their first vaccination, wormed, have an owner puppy pack and have KC insurance to start their new lives.
