Kya is our stunning red wheaten bitch who, first and foremost, is our beloved family pet and sofa hogger. Kya jumped off a steep bank at seven months old and apparently hairline fractured her right elbow (we had no clue at the time), which, years later, gave her a right elbow score of two (BVA automatically score 2 for a lesion/bone scar visible on x-ray) but the vet has verified it's a healed lesion with no after effects (we have the official vets letter to confirm this) and she floats effortlessly around the show ring and gallops after pheasant, rabbits no issues at all. Kya has been very successful in the show ring at both Open and Championship shows having won many of her classes at different levels and also gaining her KC Stud Book number which automatically qualifies her for Crufts for life.
