Nelly's and Sika's litter (5 boys and 4 girls) is a vigorous litter full of life. Puppies are now 8 weeks old.
All Puppies were reserved, but due to illness one of the families has sadly had to rethink the timing of offering a home to a puppy.
Therefore we are now taking enquires for a Single Female Puppy. She is a beautiful intelligent and active girl.
All puppies have been raised in a home environment with care and love.

Nelly is a loving family companion and support dog. She is calm and eager to please. Nelly comes from a line of champion working and trial dogs (Dairycott Syringa of Glenpheshie and Athollridge Gael). Nelly has a fantastic nose and is quick across the ground. This is her second litter, and she has exceptional mothering instincts. As a member of our family, Nelly is a companion and support dog to our children. She loves romping in the woods, on the moors and in the mountains. She is a strong swimmer and likes to paddleboard with the kids and mountain bike with me and Ruth. Nelly is rich dark golden with beautiful lines and a cheeky personality. She gets her very dark golden colour from Athollridge Gael, who is a fantastic example of a working gundog.
The sire, Poundseat Sika (Sika) is from working lines and so is a rich golden colour. A handsome, loyal 6-year-old working gun dog. He is an honest and stylish dog who has excellent conformation and the most wonderful, friendly temperament. He is a hard-working, intelligent gundog. He comes from a wonderful working kennel, works on local shoots most weeks of the season and has high energy and good fitness. Sika is long, and so is rapid over the ground; he has a good eye for tracking and a great nose.

We take the responsibility of finding suitable, loving homes for our puppies very seriously. Please consider and include your previous experience with dogs, other family members, other dogs/animals, your working hours and situation, home and garden.

I hope our questions aren’t too intrusive, but we need to make sure Nelly’s & Sika’s puppies are going to loving and stimulating families. Taking on a puppy is long term commitment and it also takes a lot of time and dedication to train and socialise your new family member. Working Golden Retrievers are very loving, loyal and intelligent companions and our puppies will require loving committed owners.

We will give new owners access to our web pages and WhatsApp group, where the puppies’ progress will be diarised as they develop their personalities.

There is a non-refundable £500 deposit via bank transfer required after a successful visit to secure a puppy. The remaining balance is to be paid 2 days prior to collection.

Puppies will be ready to collect from 9 weeks of age.
They will leave for their new homes with:
• Kennel Club Registration
• Micro-chip registration
• Vet checked and first vaccination
• Fully wormed
• 5 weeks free KC insurance

On collection, the puppy will leave for their new homes with:
• Blanket - smelling of mum
• Bag of puppy food
• A folder containing; Contract of sale, health information & vaccination Certificate and Puppy care and advice pack
