Lottie's litter consists of 6 dogs and 5 bitches, beautifully dark golden in colour and all feeding well. Lottie is rearing her litter in a loving and active family home and the puppies will receive plenty of attention and stimulation as they grow. They will be well socialised and will be exposed to household and garden noises to prepare them for their new homes.
Lottie is calm and eager to please. She comes from a line of champion working and trial dogs, (Kaliture and Dairycott) and has a fantastic nose. She has exceptional mothering instincts. As a member of our household Lottie is a companion dog to our children. She loves romping in the woods, on the moors and in the mountains. She is a strong swimmer and likes to paddleboard. Lottie is rich dark golden in colour with beautiful lines.
The sire Athollridge Gael (Gael) is from working lines and so is a rich dark golden colour. A beautiful loyal working gun dog who loves to work as part of a team picking up game on the Perthshire hills throughout the shooting season, he is a fast athletic game finder but also has an off switch and is happy to lie by the fire. He is an honest and stylish dog who has excellent conformation and has the most wonderful kind temperament. He is eager to please making him easy to train and a joy to live with. He has a great nose, soft mouth and stamina.
We expect Lottie's and Gael's puppies to be bright and energetic and stunning examples of working Golden Retrievers when grown. They will require their owner to provide plenty of mental and physical stimulation and will make excellent working dogs or active family members.
These puppies come from very good pedigree parents and are priced to reflect the quality of the puppies and so that there is no resale value.
We take the responsibility of finding suitable loving homes for our puppies very seriously and therefore if you are interested in giving one of these lovely puppies a home please email with details about yourselves, your home and family providing as much information as possible. Please consider and include why you have chosen a Working Golden Retriever, your previous experience with dogs, other family members, other dogs/animals, your working hours and situation (now and after the pandemic), home and garden.
In addition please include whether your preference is for a dog or a bitch.
We are only considering serious enquires so please enclose a phone number in order that we can call you to discuss further
I hope our questions aren’t too intrusive, but we need to make sure Lottie’s puppies are going to loving and stimulating homes. Taking on a puppy is long term commitment and it also takes a lot of time and dedication to train and socialise your new family member. Working Golden Retrievers are very loving, loyal and intelligent companions and our puppies will require loving committed owners.
The puppies will be available for viewing week commencing 8th November. We can also arrange for live video calls via Google Meet or zoom.
We will also give new owners access to our page where our puppies’ progress will be diarised as they develop their personalities.
There is a non refundable £500 deposit via bank transfer required after a successful visit to secure a puppy. The remaining balance is to be paid 2 days prior to collection.
