Grit was imported from the USA as a pup. He is from solid field lines and has 16 outstanding sires or dams in his four generation pedigree.
At 26.5 kg, he is a lean, lithe, well muscled boy.
A dog of two halves - when out in the field he is only interested in work. He is very fast and driven with a good nose and is persistent. He had his first season picking up and proved himself to be an enthusiastic and reliable member of the team.
Take him out and about or in the house and he is quiet, calm and loving with a very sweet nature. A joy to live with and everybody's friend.
