Waiting list now open, as we are pleased to announce a carefully planned future litter of Hungarian Vizsla puppies from Aurora and Torrin (mating to take place end of March 2026).

This pairing has been selected with health, temperament, and breed quality as our highest priorities. Both parents are fully health tested and fantastic examples of the breed. The litter will have a low coefficient of inbreeding (COI) of approximately 4.3%, indicating good genetic diversity. The puppies will be lovingly raised in our home environment and well socialised with household noises, people and other dogs to ensure confident, well-adjusted companions for their committed new owners. They will be wormed, microchipped, health checked with 1st vaccination given. They will come with a puppy pack which will include essential documents (including your puppy’s Royal Kennel Club (RKC) registration), a supply of food to get you going and a scented blanket. They will also come with 5 weeks of free RKC insurance. A WhatsApp group will be created for the new owners to share updates, photos and for support as the puppies grow. We will also provide ongoing support and advice to all puppy owners throughout the lifetime of the dog.

The dam, Aurora (RKC registered), is a fantastic pedigree example of the breed and is a much-loved member of our family. Aurora has an elegance in her stance and movement with fantastic conformation. Although Aurora is not a working or show dog, she has shown a great natural instinct to point, hunt and swim, can retrieve on command and has breathtaking agility and speed. She is sociable with other dogs and people and exceptionally calm around babies and young children but alert and protective of her home when necessary. Her intelligence and ability to self problem solve were key to easily and quickly training her to a high standard. With excellent all-around health scores and temperament we are excited to welcome her first litter.

The sire, Torrin (RKC registered), was imported from one of Hungary’s top show kennels. He is the epitome of a true Vizsla male: robust with good bone, rich russet-gold colouring, and he moves with great grace and elegance. Torrin’s sire is one of the top gundogs in Europe, achieving multiple working championship and international show titles. Torrin has an outstanding temperament, outgoing, friendly and eager to please. He displays excellent natural working ability with a steady point, strong hunting skills and a love of swimming. He also has excellent conformation and beautiful movement, which is particularly evident in the show ring. Torrin has many wins at both Open and Championship show level, including 1st & 2nd placings in the gun dog classes, Crufts 2026. In Sept 2025 he won a Challenge Certificate at the Hungarian Vizsla Club Championship Show to add to his 2 RCCs and several Best in Show wins at Open Shows. His early achievements also gained him his Stud Book Number and lifetime qualification for Crufts Torrin is a proven stud and his offspring have achieved excellent hip and elbow scores.
