We are delighted to announce this carefully bred litter of KC registered miniature dachshund puppies in black and tan, combining some of the strongest champion lines with excellent health, soundness and temperament. This mating has been chosen with the intention of producing puppies that will excel both in the show ring and as much-loved companions.

The dam, Ruletadax Goldfinger (Penelope), is a very petite smooth-haired miniature dachshund weighing just under three kilograms. She is affectionate, loyal and steady with children, with a gentle temperament that makes her a delight to live with. She is PRA (cord1) hereditarily clear. Her pedigree carries respected English lines, including the distinguished Ch Bronia L’Infinito, a champion admired for his elegance, structure and lasting influence on the breed.

The sire, Plumyfeather Phoenix, is a striking smooth-coated black and tan miniature dachshund, weighing around four kilograms. He is KC registered, PRA clear, and an excellent example of the breed with a correct balance, sound structure and true miniature size. Phoenix is the son of the celebrated UK Ch Bronia Gregorio JW ShCM, widely recognised as “Alfie” from the Vitality television adverts and himself a Crufts winner with multiple titles. Phoenix’s pedigree is outstanding, with sixteen champions in five generations, including Gregorio, L’Infinito and many other notable winners from the Bronia lines.

Both parents are KC registered miniature dachshunds, health tested and from proven show families. The puppies are hereditarily PRA clear and have been bred with care to represent excellent examples of the breed, combining confidence, temperament and type.

The litter is being raised in our family home, where the puppies are handled daily by both adults and children and become accustomed to the normal sounds and routines of household life. They are socialised with care and attention to ensure they grow into well-balanced and adaptable companions. Throughout their time with us, they are wormed regularly, their development closely monitored, and they are cared for in a safe and clean environment.
