Sire, Finch, is a keen retriever on land, water and through bramble, loves working in thick cover and is happy to work all day. He is part of his owners pick up team. Last season he did 80+ days ranging from Partridge - ducks. He is a very affectionate, biddable happy dog and does have the important off switch when needed.

Dam, Olive, is happy to please. Loves going for long walks and being by my side either out in the garden or in the house. She adores cuddles on the sofa and being washed by our cat. We have done gun dog training/experience sessions which she loved and this has proved beneficial as we often walk through estates that have regular shoots so she is used to waiting for the guns to finish if they are shooting near the footpath. She has flushed out several pricked Partridge that have been missed by the pick up team. Like Finch, Olive also has the important ‘off switch’.

Olive has been given everything needed to help the developing puppies have the best start in life.

Now they are all safely here they are being brought up using the Puppy Culture Method, which includes ENS, Early Neurological Stimulation. They are also doing ESI, Early Scent Introduction. These methods help the puppies confidence, sets them up for their next step and reduces the chance of behavioural problems in the future.

Puppies are being raised inside and will be used to the usual busy household noises.

The puppies are KC registered, vaccinated, microchipped and parasite treated. They will also have 2kg of puppy food, scented blanket and a toy.
