FTAW Rectoryoak Atlantic (Gilly) was mated to IrFTCh Tamrose Aragon (3rd in IGL 2019 and 3rd in Irish Retriever Championship and former member of the Ireland Gundog team) (Arthur) and has had a lovely litter of 4 dogs and 4 bitches on 25/09/24.

Gilly is my own bitch that I bred from IrFTCh Shimnavale Juno (5 times qualifier for Irish Retriever Championship and former member of Ireland Gundog team) to FTCh Troddenmills Full Throttle of Leacaz (top sire at 2023 IGL). She is a hunting machine and came second in a trial last year. One of Gilly’s litter mates competed at the IGL in 2023.

I have a lovely young dog out of Gilly from a previous mating and so was very keen to get another. Previous pups all have excellent hip scores, with a number scoring 0/0. All pups have scored 0/0 in their elbows and passed their eye tests.

Both dogs have exceptional pedigrees and Arthur’s achievements speak for themselves. A friend of mine won the Irish Retriever Championship with an aunt of Gilly’s and he has used Arthur on two occasions which has resulted in fantastic young dogs with bags of drive.

The pups are being home reared and will be well socialised with my own children. They are currently in a specially adapted indoor whelping area before moving to my purpose-built kennel at approximately five weeks where they will have access to both their indoor sleeping area and an outdoor run. They will be fed on Royal Canin Maxi Starter to give them the best start in life.

The pups will be highly trainable and will make excellent working dogs and/or pets. They can be viewed in person or via Zoom/Facetime etc.

Transport to mainland Great Britain, Republic of Ireland and Europe can be arranged.
