Linen is THE most wonderful girl, in fact she is almost human. She is extremely biddable, kind, tolerant, loyal, easy going and intelligent. As well as in my opinion Stunning.
She, like many goldies, absolutely wins people over when they meet her, she is just one of those dogs that gets people.
She is first and foremost my loved pet, sofa companion, kitchen hoover, long walking friend and swimming buddy. But she is also used as part of my picking up team where she is a great natural game finder, she is an independant hunter and likes to think for herself but always gets the job done.
I feel like I have just described the most perfect dog in the world... lol! to me she is, i guess if i was to give her one fault she occasionally has selective hearing when something more interesting is going on, like many goldies i guess. I have not really had much time to do anything competitive with her since a puppy where she did a couple of puppy tests and did incredibly well. She also got asked to represent northern england on the GR working test team when she was 18 months which i was very proud of but unfortunately Covid cancelled the fun!!

I picked Biz for a lot of reasons, his trialing history speaks for itself he is clearly very trainable. When I met him in person he was the most lovely boy with very similar traits to Linen, typical goldie, very kind, gentle and lives to please his human.


Linen had a litter the last two years with the same sire. These litter being the reason we have done the same mating again, she has had two wonderful litters. I keep regular contact with all of her previous pups. They have grown into fabulous dogs, half into working homes, some purely pet homes and one girl who is used as a therapy dog. They have all fulfilled their family's expectations and more. I kept a bitch puppy Lyric who is a lovely sweet girl and very like her mum in many ways. One of the things that makes me so proud is the familys who have had 2nd or even 3rd pups from me of the same breeding as they have been so pleased with previous litters.
