QUALITY KC registered fox red shade of yellow Labrador dog pups. Parents very well bred fox red shade of yellow Labradors from trailing/working stock that are health tested. ONLY DOG PUPS available. Viewings commence this weekend 24th April onwards as pups are 6 weeks old (ready to go to new homes from 8th May). Viewings will be under Covid rules.

PLEASE NOTE - Our premises are occupied 24/7 and CCTV operates 24 hours a day. Vehicle Registration numbers will be recorded and we will be asking to see Identification for anyone invited to visit these pups.

We would prefer our pups to go to working or active 5* homes. Please contact us by e mail initially and advise where you are from and what type of home you can offer one of our pups. Price of a dog pup is £2800 and a non returnable deposit of £500 secures your pup. Holidays honoured. Lifetime support and advice if required.

These pups are our 5th generation and we have 4 generations available to view. We own the pups' mum and dad and also grandmother who is 10 in July and great grandfather who is 13 at the end of April and they all still worked last season. We also have a pup that is now 13 months old from Paddy and Kiera's first litter.

Mum is Kiera a fox red shade of yellow Labrador that is Kennel Club registered and her KC Name is Marstonmoor Red Kiera. Kiera is health tested beyond the Kennel Club Assured Breeder standard. She has hip score of 6/4 = 10 elbow score of 0/0 she has a clear eye certificate as at 10/08/2019. She is also DNA tested clear for all the genetic tests listed above which mean none of her offspring can suffer from them.

Kiera was very easy to train and is very biddable. She has a great temperament and very intelligent. Kiera has been a fantastic addition to our team of labradors that work during the shooting season picking up on various shooting estates in North Yorkshire. The best description of Kiera is that she is a hunting machine and will face any cover in her determination to succeed in her retrieve.

Kiera's sire is International FTCH Beiley Aguzannis of Fendawood. He was described as 'the best of the best" by the IGL Hon Secratary following his IGL Retriever Championship win in 2016. He has represented England many times and has a long list of Field Trial successes. Sire is Paddy ( Bachwoods Baloo of Marstonmoor) our dark yellow/fox red shade of yellow stud dog. Paddy has 38 FTCH/FTW in his 5 generation pedigree (out of 62). His sire is FTCH Copperbirch Paddy of Leadburn owned by Billy Steel, a dog that has been prolific at trials across Scotland and he had the most offspring(4) at the 2018 International Gundog League Retriever championship. Paddys' mum is bred out of FTCH Delfleet Neon of Fendawood who won the IGL Retriever Championship twice in 2010 and 2012.

Paddy is KC Registered and is health tested. Hips 3/3 elbows 0. Clear eye certificate as at 10Aug2019. He is also DNA tested clear for all the genetic tests listed above which mean none of his offspring can suffer from them.

Paddy is a superb dog with a fantastic temperament and an abundance of intelligence, drive , determination and stamina. He is the best Labrador we have owned in over 30 years.

PLEASE NOTE - Kiera has had 2 clear eye Certificates and Paddy has had 3 clear eye certificates. We have been on a waiting list since July 2020 and due to Covid backlogs and lockdown we are still waiting to be retested so technically their last tests have now expired.

We are a small hobby kennels based near York and are 10 minutes from The A1 at Wetherby. We mainly have fox red shade of yellow labradors. All our dogs are pets and workers. They are bred for temperament and intelligence. From August on the grouse moors through the pheasant, partridge and duck season to spring pigeon shooting we can be found out working our dogs.

These pups will have excellent temperaments and intelligence and will have an abundance of drive and determination. Ideally suited for active homes they will make excellent workers, trialling dogs and pets. Pups will be KC registered, vet checked, microchipped, wormed and flea'd. They will have had their 1st vacation( Nobivac lepto2 ) you will need to check if your vet offers same brand for the 2nd vaccination. They will come with a copy of KC pedigree, bag of puppy food, piece of bedding and 5 weeks puppy insurance. We will transfer KC ownership into the new owners names.
