UPDATE: Maisie had her pups on 11 January, 6 boys and 1 girl. She is a natural mum and taking everything in her stride. Her pups are all thriving and gaining weight every day. Only one black boy left!

Maisie (Dubhbruja Nikita) is our family pet with an outstanding temperament. She is loving, gentle and obedient girl who was exceptionally easy to train. Not shown but has done some agility work which she demonstrated excellent aptitude for. Maisie loves company and will stay close both on a walk and at home, where her favoured position is curled up on the sofa beside one of us. Typical for a flatcoat she loves nothing better than to retrieve sticks and go for a swim, especially if some of her dog friends are involved!

Her sire, Peter (Candidacasa Peanut) has proved himself in the show ring. He is a lovely sized boy with a beautiful head and a very similar temperament to Maisie, very placid yet exceptionally affectionate. He is sired by a beautiful liver dog from the Moonstruck kennel in Sweden.

Maisie and Peter have an excellent COI score of 0.8% which compares extremely favourably to the breed average. The litter, due in mid-January, should be a mix of black and liver.

The puppies will born and reared in our large kitchen/family room and will be well socialised and used to the noise of busy home.

Puppies will be vet health checked, KC Registered, micro-chipped, wormed, one month insurance and a weeks supply of food. Once weaned the puppies will have a wide range of food suitable for their needs based on the principles of a raw food diet which their Mum has thrived on.
