Stirling is our first home bred dog. First and foremost he is a very well loved part of our family. He has the most kind and gentle temperament, every dog big or small, young or old, male or female is his friend. He entered the show ring at 6 months, qualifying for Crufts at his first ever show. Since then he has done very well in the show ring receiving some lovely critiques. For recreation Stirling loves doing agility and making as many doggy friends that he can.

Pleasing head of good proportions on this well balanced 7 month old dog. Medium sized round eyes and well set ears carried close to head. Scissor bite. Clean neck of good length. Good forequarters with straight forelegs. Well defined withers. Chest of good depth. Hindquarters well angulated. Moved freely. Best Puppy in Breed

Bridge, Meyer & Britton, Akoni Athos Comte De La Fere - 8 month old dog, pleasing profile to head with good planes, soft expression helped by well set ears and nice dark oval eyes, but would benefit from a little more breadth to muzzle. Nice side profile with good rear angulation, Depth of chest to elbows and moved well at a steady gait.

2 – Akoni Athos Comte De La Fere, 10mth old black dog, masculine head but not overdone at all. Lovely expression, using his ears well. Nice level topline but carried his tail a little high, Good front and nice tight cat feet. Balanced throughout and moved lovely, just preferred the movement and spotting on 1 today.
Junior – (5/2)
1 – Akoni Athos Comte De La Fere, came 2nd in the puppy class but he out moved the others, winning him the class.

This is a nice dog that has good construction and make but carries the unfortunate burden of a second crop of spotting. You have to look beyond this because he is an honest well made dog with good head and expression and strongest pigment. He has a good length of neck leading to good strong fore-quarters and having good lay of shoulder, defined wither, well bodied chest and hind quarters. A well coupled dog having good top line and correct tail set. He moved well in this class with much drive and purpose.

2: Bridge’s, Akoni Athos Comte De La Fere. 14 Month old B/S Dog. Lovely head,
masculine, but free from coarseness, nice ear set and carriage. Decent width to
forechest, good proportions and angulation. Plenty of bone and substance. Well
muscled rear legs. Tight feet. With some secondary spotting he doesn’t have the
eye catching decoration of others, but look beyond this, there is plenty to like.
Movement was strong and powerful, with a little elasticity to his steps. He easily
covered the ground and had a flowing economical gate and good tail carriage.

Of correct maturity & development for age, not quite the substance of 1st at this stage but needs more time, general outline & angulation of body is of good context, level topline, rear quarters developing nice amount of muscle tone, looking through the profuse decoration is a true male outline standing four square & true, moved with a good balanced striding action, well shown & handled.

2 Bridge’s Akoni Athos Comte de la Fere – Dalmatian 17-month-old dog. This boy is a real stallion of a Dalmatian and
he has matured well since I first judged him in February. He has a lovely masculine head, not at all overdone. He has
dark eyes which give him such a soft expression, his ears are correctly set on but he does have a tendency to fly
them on the stand. He has a correct scissor bite, a strong, powerful neck, an excellent straight front and the deepest
of chests with good spring of rib. He has excellent tight cat feet, is well bodied, lean but solid muscle, he has good
rear angles with well-developed second thighs and his tail is well set on. He wasn’t wearing his best coat today,
suffering from Dally rash. He has dark black spotting but has a large amount of secondary spotting. However, the
spotting is only the icing on the cake and this boy is well made. He was very nervous today and I did struggle to get
my hands on him as much as I would have liked. Unfortunately, this nervousness carried over slightly into his
movement and he didn’t really want to be in the ring. Such a shame because when he was concentrating, I could see
flashes of excellent movement.

PG (5,1) 1 Bridge, Meyer and Britton’s Akoni Athos Compte de la Fere. Black spotted male, nice head with dark eyes and lovely expression, elegant, slightly arched neck. Good overall shape and balance, well muscled and had super feet, moved well.

1. Bridge/Meyer/Britton’s Akoni Athos Comte De La Fere. Best constructed and moving dog in the class, he is elegant with substance, a little heavy marked but he has good balance, outline, held his top-line and tail well and deserved this class.

Bridge, Meyer & Britton’s Akoni Athos Comte De La Fere
Another striking boy who is all male. Up to size but in proportion. Masculine head though still elegant, with dark eyes. Excellent reach of neck, strong withers, deep chest and nicely developed fore chest. Well boned, straight fronts and good feet. Level topline, curved tuck up and strong loin. Not quite the rear angulation of the first placed dog however he has well defined hocks and tracked up smoothly on the move. His spotting is a little untidy however this is not enough to detract from his many other qualities.
