Gordon is very dark liver, with a nice dark almond shaped eye, taking after both Mum and Dad, and shows all their quality. He has matured into a very elegant young man , and is a really capable performer in the field.

Updated to say that Gordon's lovely daughter Eowyn Umbra Fida is now a German Champion with working qualification (DRC-CH mit Arbeitsprüfung) Many Congratulations!

In his first year of competition he won or was placed in every test. This has included winning an any variety test against labradors who were twice his age!

He has won the FCRS Southern Region Novice Working Test, and also the Wessex Intermediate, putting him into Open Competition.

He achieved his Shooting Dog Certificate 'A' at the age of 18 months at Longwood Shoot, nr Winchester in Jan 2004.

He has sired Bumblyn Bree, who was the best bitch pup at Richmond Championship Show 2004, out of his first litter. She was very well placed in a strong class Crufts 2006.

His other pups will be entered in test/shows this coming season as reports are coming in of their wonderful biddability. His daughter, Gordon Blyth's Jango Black Satin , was second in her first puppy test, and has won her second test . Jango Bojangles, her sister, had won the Wessex Puppy Test as well.

His daughter Bumblyn Frea, owned and handled by Gay Kennedy, is being regularly placed in Any Variety tests.

We are particularly proud of his litter in Germany out of the beautiful bitch German Ch. Alwine Umbra Fida - who are just starting out on their working/show careers.

We have his lovely liver daughter, Casblaidd I Can Boogie, by Gordon out of our own Casblaidd Emotion, who we hope will carry on the tradition.
