Seré means No. 8 in the language of Shona - she's my 8th Ridgeback, the 8th born girl in her litter, her mother Verde was the 8th born and her father Kamba was 1 of 8 boys in his litter, and she was born in August - too many 8s to ignore!

Seré is the current youngster of the pack, and is a 2nd generation Colkeririn breeding. Her mother is Verde (Colkeririn Your Good Elf) and her father is Kamba (Colkeririn's Sunlight). Seré was one of 12 happy, healthy littermates, who are all frequently referred to by their respective owners as full of joy!

Seré is a UK Champion, winning her 3 Challenge Certificates from three top hound specialists; Hector Heathcote, Ann Ingram, and Zena Thorn-Andrews.

She is a Best In Show winner, taking the highest honour from Mr T Richards at The Bakewell Agricultural & Horticultural Society Open Show in July 2019, and in June 2019, she won Reserve Best in Show under Katherine Herrington at The Rhodesian Ridgeback Club of Great Britain Open Show.

She won her Junior Warrant title in January 2017, qualified for the 2017 Junior Warrant Competition Semi-Finals at ExCel in London in October 2017, where she was selected as one of the "super ten" finalists who appeared on the green carpet in the excitement of the big arena at Crufts 2018.

She completed 2017 winning her Show Certificate of Merit title.

Just to prove she has brains as well as beauty, she achieved Silver status in the KC Good Citizen Award dog scheme.

Health tests to date are confirming she's as good on the inside as she is on the outside. Hips: 2:2 and Elbows: 0:0, she's clear of Degenerative Myelopathy (DM) and is clear of JME.
