'Marli' is a bitch with a super coat and a super temperament. She has done consistently well in the show ring, winning the 'Fudge Cup' for the best CBR show puppy in 2007, through to being Top Veteran Chesapeake in 2016! She is a super pigeon dog being a nice size for the hide.
She had her first litter in 2010 from which we kept a bitch puppy (Oakmarsh Acorn) and the stud dog owner kept a dog puppy (Oakmarsh Assateague) who is available at stud.
Her second and final litter in 2013, to Westering Jubilation, produced one boy, Oakmarsh Beach Party, who sadly only had one puppy before he had to be castrated.
Marli qualified for CRUFTS every year since 2008 and with the gaining of her stud book number in 2012 qualified for Crufts for life.
She was awarded her first RCC at WKC Champ Show in 2016.
We sadly lost her 8 days before her 13th birthday, and 4 days before her 2nd litter of great grandchildren were born, in October 2019.
