Rosie is being shown and has matured into a very nice looking bitch. She has been enjoying agility classes. Rosie has now progressed to gundog training.



Rosie's gundog training is now going well after taking maternity leave. She has taken part in two novice working tests.

She also has been working the the KC Good Citizen Dog Scheme, achieving the Bronze and Silver to date.

In August and September this year, Rosie has taken part in Novice Working Tests. On the 3rd September Berkshire Downs & Chilterns held at Working Test at Mortimer Lakes. Rosie came a credible 5th out of 17 entries, receiving a Certificate of Merit from the judges.

Rosie has rounded off the autumn, taking part in some cold game training and another working test only failing on one exercise, with very good scores on the others. We are hoping to get Rosie picking up on shoots this winter along with Max.

She has also now been awarded the Gold in the Kennel Club Good Citizens Awards.

Latest news. Having kindled at the end of February 2006, Rosie got back into gundog training once puppies had all gone to their new homes. We are so thrilled that on the 20th May, Rosie came a credible 11th out of 30 entries in the Novice Dog Working Test held by Southern Golden Retriever Society. It was quite a challenge for her and her handler, yours truly, but we both enjoyed it immensly.
