Aglabs Thoughts to Ponder

Ponder is a very special dog. I believe you only get one dog in life that’s truly perfect, and I think Ponder is just this.

Ponder is the family pet and a working dog.
She lives in house and behaves beautifully.

From a pup Ponder learnt everything very quickly. She was retrieving small dummies at a few months old.

I trained her myself and due to the lockdowns had lots of time to dedicate to her training.

I took her shooting for the first time out on the moors at 11 months. Standing with a gun. She behaved impeccably and wasn’t gunshy. She was able to find and retrieve her first grouse.

She’s happiest when she’s out working.

She’s incredibly intelligent, driven, biddable, kind natured and a happy dog

Even though she’s soft at heart she’s a tough dog. She’s protective to her home and you’ll always know if there’s someone about.
She spends most of her days with the sheepdogs on the farm.
