Quince is the fifth generation of Rivermeadow Labradors, and I am extremely proud of him. Handsome, healthy, and with a fabulous temperament, Quince is the dog I had always dreamt of breeding.

Quince loves to learn, and is a delight to train and work with. Focused on me, he ignores multiple distractions, and this is reflected in his skills and competition results.

Quince lives indoors with both his parents and his uncle, and is a really easy dog to live with. Calm and relaxed in any situation, he is a joy to take anywhere. He is very biddable and is brilliant with other dogs, either off lead on country walks, or training and competing at busy agility shows, nothing phases him. He comes to work with me in a variety of offices and clients’ homes, he enjoys family holidays whether in a rented cottage or our caravan. He even visits my parents in their nursing home.

Quince is extremely loving and affectionate, and his desire to please means that we have great fun doing agility together, and in his first season of competing he has already won into Grade 3. He has earnt his Kennel Club Agility Warrant (Bronze). Quince has the nickname "Saint Quince”, as he truly is the perfect dog!

Quince is black carrying yellow.

Quince has been fertility tested “excellent”. He has matured into such a delightful dog that I have now begun to offer him at stud, and his first litter was born Spring 2025.
