Golden Retrievers have always been a part of my life since early childhood when my mother bought Heidi from Mrs Joan Tudor (the famous Camrose Kennel)in 1966. Since then I have had the pleasure of owning a succession of Goldies, all but one having the Camrose line of pedigree in them. They have all been brilliant family dogs, placid with a very beguiling character..loved by everyone who has met them.
Polly, our first was a beautiful example of the breed with the typical docile biddable temperament. She was a joy to own with two small boys running around at home.
Sophie was bought to join in the fun! She loved to hold anything and everything in her mouth to greet you including a little bit of your sleeve! She moved around with us in our RAF life.
