Sunny is first and foremost our much-loved family pet, living with us in our home near Helston in Cornwall. He is part of everyday life here and is raised in a calm, affectionate environment, which we believe shows clearly in both his temperament and the way he interacts with other dogs. He is confident, gentle, and very easy to handle, qualities that make him relaxed and reliable during matings.

We are fully committed to responsible breeding practices and transparency. All relevant health testing and genetic results are available to view, and we are always happy to discuss lineage, compatibility, and expectations openly. We work closely with bitch owners throughout the process, offering guidance and reassurance before, during, and after mating, particularly for first-time breeders.

Sunny is not overused, and we only accept a limited number of stud bookings to ensure his wellbeing and to maintain high standards across every mating. Our aim is simple. To produce and support healthy, true-to-type miniature dachshunds, and to ensure every breeding is carried out with care, integrity, and genuine respect for the dogs involved.
