I have had a long-standing passion for Spanish Water Dogs and currently share my home with three, who are very much part of everyday family life. My interest in the breed spans both the show ring and life at home, and I value the balance between correct type, soundness and the kind, adaptable temperament that makes them such rewarding companions.
Showing has been an important part of my journey, and I take pride in presenting dogs that not only succeed in the ring but also reflect the true, functional qualities of the breed. At the same time, I strongly believe that temperament and trainability are just as important, particularly for dogs living in active family environments.
I am actively involved as a committee member of the Spanish Water Dog Club, where I support the ongoing development and promotion of the breed. This involvement allows me to stay engaged with breed health, welfare and responsible ownership, which are central to everything I do.
My approach is focused on maintaining quality, consistency and temperament, whether through showing, ownership or breeding decisions. Spanish Water Dogs are a versatile and unique breed, and I am committed to preserving their qualities both as capable working dogs and as much-loved family companions.
