- Standard Poodle

I am a small occasional breeder and have my three Standard Poodles, Blossom, Cleo & Daphne.
🌸 I currently have no planned litters upcoming 🌸
Blossom's daughter, Poppy, will be having a litter next year (2026) under my guidance (but not my kennel) should you wish you enquire. Sports/active homes prioritised.
Blossom is my primary helper dog for behaviour cases and group classes. 23" & 18kg, she is a lean and agile Apricot Standard Poodle. She competes in Agility and obedience as well as having fun with Gundog training, trick training and scentwork. She is a registered Therapy Dog with Therapy Dogs Nationwide. She is an energetic, high drive dog who takes everything in her stride. She has had 2 litters - 2021 & 2023 which have produced two successful Service Dogs in Training & another Crufts Qualifier. Blossom is now retired from breeding at the age of 4 and is spayed. Blossom qualified for Crufts 2024 & placed 3rd in her class. Blossom has her L1Ex title in rally obedience, Bronze Gundog Award, AKC Novice Trick Dog and her KCGSDS - Bronze.
Cleo is Blossom's daughter from her first litter. She is black, stands at 22" and 16kg. At the time of writing she is coming up 4 years old. She has had a successful conformation show experience and attended Crufts 2023 both to compete in the ring and to give a training display for the APDT (Association of Pet Dog Trainers). She also returned for another demo in 2024. Cleo has competed in Agility and is enjoying hoopers, scentwork, trick training & mantrailing plus helping with demo work like her mum for both group classes and behaviour work. Cleo is also a registered therapy dog. Cleo had her first and only litter in 2025 with 9 beautiful, healthy puppies. Cleo is now retired from breeding as 9 puppies was a lot for her to carry and birth. She loved motherhood, but I wouldn't want to put her through the pregnancy again with such a large litter. She will be spayed at the end of 2025 and continue with her sports, therapy work and just being a very spoilt pet!
Daphne is Cleo's daughter and at the time of writing is 7 months old. She is Cream/White and currently around 13kg. Daphne is a beautiful girl who has only attended 1 show so far and placed 2nd in her class. We have however taken a break from showing due to personal reasons and will be focussing on sports and fun primarily for the time being. My plans are unknown at the moment as to whether Daphne will be bred. She currently doesn't have any health testing & we have a busy few years ahead so this wouldn't be for 3+ years minimum.
My priority with breeding is to do it the best I can. My girls and their welfare is paramount and it goes without saying that puppies are raised in my home with their mother present throughout. Puppies do not leave me until 9 weeks old after undergoing the Puppy Culture raising programme (YouTube this if you'd like to know more). This involves many socialisation, exposures and developmental exercises to set the puppies up for maximum success. Puppies leave me used to crates, introduced to toilet training and fed a high quality diet. Puppies leave with lifetime support, on contract & you are invited to a group WhatsApp with all the other littermates. We do optional yearly meet ups and so far, all 23 of my puppies have stayed in touch with regular updates. I can provide references from my puppy owners should you want to see these.
I spend a long time selecting the best match for my girls in regards to studs and can run through my choices in more detail. My current focus is improving the diversity of the gene pool, which in turn helps improve the health of the breed. Alongside this, both parents of any litter I breed will always be fully health tested with good, sound temperaments. Contrary to what people may think, temperament can be an inherited traits, so only sound dogs should be bred from.
When selecting for homes, my girls are active, high drive working style dogs. As a result, I do prioritise homes who will work their brains and help them reach their full potential. I also expect any prospective owners to be happy to fill in my questionnaire, have a chat and meet me before pups are on the ground so we can make sure one of my puppies is right for you, and I am the right breeder for you.
