I am a Five Star licenced breeder of beautiful KC registered Papillons. All my dogs are fully health tested and clear of all the required KC tests. They are from well known established bloodlines and have achieved many wins in the show ring. Several Keomandi puppies are competing successfully in Obedience, Hoopers, Rally and Agility, proving they are also sound, obedient and active.
