ZILVEREIN WEIMARANERS our record speaks for itself. The top winning kennel in Ireland and the only kennel to have won all breed Championship best in shows with three different dogs and the only kennel to have bred a reserve best in show winner at St Patricks Day All Breeds Championship Dog Show.

for the past 30 years we have dedicated our time and effort to the weimaraner and german Pointer. Over that period we have bred, owned and campaigned 23 Weimaraners to their championship title and 7 of them have gained gundog qualifying certificates. 1 been placed at a field trial in Ireland and one at a field trial in Finland.
We have Field trialled many german Pointers and had pleasure to bred a german Pointer field trial champion, gaining a top HPR fieldtrial dog in Ireland for three years in a row. Zilverein Moonlight has sired two field trial champions himself and also the grandsire of a field trial UK champion.

Zilverein Kennels have campaigned to date the first weimaraner in the history of the breed to gain his American title, Irish title, English Title and International CIE & Beaut Title. Rivenweil Alabama Slammer aka “Ally” was placed 4th at the Weimaraner Club of Ireland Field Trial and he also obtained his gundog qualifying certificate in Ireland, England and Junior Hunter title in America.
He has passed on his working ability down the line to his children and grandchildren.

We have travelled to Australia and stayed with our friends of the well known Kennels Ashlaren Weimaraners. We were fortunate to see Aust Ch Ashlaren Reuben and we made the decision having witnessed his beautiful temperament, confirmation and movement to bring in his semen.

He has produced Zilverein best puppy in show winners, group winners, Reserve best in show winner and Irish title holders.

Whilst having the opportunity to judge in America , we got the opportunity to hunt with a beautiful dual purpose American Champion male who obtained his Master Hunter title. He is known as Am Ch Pike's Peak Silversmith Summit,SH,SDX,NRD,V (aka Summit)he also recently earned his BROM (Bench Register of Merit)from the Weimaraner Club of America. His health checks to date are:-PennHip 0.28;0.34 (no DJD), OFA good, DNA V527142, HUU-Negative, Elbows OFA Normal,
Cerf Normal, DNA Coat neg for Longhair, and Thyroid normal.

We used him with our own Zilverein Jam Jam (aka Molly), who had great promise in the field and is training for competition in the near future. Molly is also heart,eye, and hip tested.

Northwoods Applebees Money Talks At Zilverein(US IMP) bred and co owned with Heidi & Phillip Warren & TJ Palmer. Loot as he is affectionately known here at Zilverein has made a great addition to our Kennel. He is out of the No.1 Weimaraner in the US for 2012 the beautiful Am/Grand Ch Northwoods Send Money Honey.

Loot has had a fantastic debut to his show career. On his first outing he wins best baby puppy in show at the Weimaraner Club of Ireland. then he goes on to win best baby puppy in show under Brenda Banbury (UK) at Limerick championship Show held on the circuit of Ireland.

Loot wins the puppy stakes at Cloghran Championship show in Dublin on 9th Nov. He also wins 2nd place in group 7 on the day under Mr Leonard all this at just 8 months old!!
