Primarily our dogs are our pets and very much part of our family. They all live in the house with us, They take it in turn to sleep with us, and I mean on the bed with us! (we wouldn't have it any other way)!

We like to stay in touch and build a relationship with all the families who have one of our pups, so if you don't like the idea of this, then we are not the right breeders for you.
We will only consider putting you on our list once we have met you and you have met us and our dogs. This will give you an opportunity to find out all about us, as well as us getting to know you.
We also require that you are on FB, so we can involve you in the rearing of the pups before they go to their forever home. We involve you in the pups life right from conception, showing you photos of the scan and then the birth of your pup.

We live in the beautiful County of Cornwall in a tiny rural village between Launceston and Bude. Its a perfect location for our dogs and we live at the end of a lane that has huge woods. Widemouth Beach is 5 miles from us also. We have a lovely big enclosed garden too.

All our Goldens live as part of our family, taking part in family activities and going out on family trips or visits.

When we plan a new litter, Health and temperament is of number one importance. We make sure that all health testing is in place with both our bitch and the stud dog we use to sire the litter.

As with all our litters, No expense is spared. The puppies are born in our Dining room where I sleep with them for around 3-4 weeks. They get socialised and used to noises and people. All the family including our various aged grandchildren, interact with them and they are stimulated through lots of play.
They have a designated play area outside (just outside the Puppy room, which is an enclosed fenced raised Decking) where they have a full range of toys which they really enjoy, including play-tunnels, a ball-pool and toys that produce different sounds.
We also regularly play the pups a CD that has a full range of sounds to get them used to as many different sounds as possible, including thunder, pneumatic drill, Loud machinery, Lorry's, Screaming babies, Planes, Boat hooters, fog horns etc...
All our Puppies can be seen with their Mum and full details of Dad.
We have 6 generations of girls, who all have excellent health test results.
They all enjoy daily walks in our local woods or at one of our beautiful local beaches, where they all love to swim.

They are sold with full KC Registration, Microchipped, and free from worms. All our pups are vet health-checked before they leave us.

We believe in doing everything naturally when possible, as well as giving homeopathic Nosodes to boost the pups immunity

Both Parents of Puppies have excellent Hip and Elbows scores and have current certificates of clear eyes at the time of mating. Copies of certificates provided. Complete with Substantial Puppy information on my group files, which is accessible anytime for you. These files contains a Pedigree Certificate, Feeding & Exercise advice as well as many other useful information papers, Health certificates and KC Registration papers. Also, in the pups pack, we give a toy, Vet bed they are brought up on (with mum's & siblings scent on, to give comfort for those first few days in new home) Collar and lead set, Puppy food etc. We offer life-time support with your Puppy.

We also have a group where any owner of a Johnsongrace Pup/dog can join, as well as people waiting for a puppy from us.
On this group, I give regular updates from conception of the pups, with photos of the scans during pregnancy and then photos of the pups as they develop in the first 8 weeks. I also give a description of any individual characters of the puppies when I can. I am a qualified Ultrasound scan tech, so scan all my own bitches during pregnancy.

We also have a reunion of all Johnsongrace dogs, every 2 years, where we would ask you to join us.

We only let our pups go to families who have someone at home to be with the Pup. Sorry, but we don't allow our pups to go to families where both parents work full time and no one is at home.

We also only allow our pups to go to people who sign a contract to agree that if you wish to neuter or spay your dog, this will not be done until after they have reached a minimum of 2 years of age, preferably not at all.
Also in our contract, you will need to agree to return the dog back to me, if for any reason you cannot keep your dog, at any stage in their life, if you don't have close family or a friend that would be able to take them on.

Lifetime support will be given to all our Puppy families. I am always there for you at the end of the phone, whatever you want to ask.
