Our Labradors live in the historic city of Carlisle, Cumbria in North West England, nestled close to the English/Scottish Border and only a short distance from the Lake District and Solway Coast. Nearby is Hadrian's Wall, also known as the 'Roman Wall', Our dogs love to explore the picturesque landscape we are very fortunate to have on our doorstep.

When they are not training, being exercised or being shown, our dogs spend their time in our garden or pottering in and out of their dedicated garden room in the house onto the garden. Being typical Labradors our dogs love nothing better than being in or near water.

An occasional litter is only bred when we require a puppy for the show ring for ourselves to show or to carry on breeding lines.

We are members of: Labrador Club of Scotland, Three Ridings Labrador Retriever Club, Border Counties Gundog Club (of which I'm secretary), Wigton Dog Training Club and various local canine associations and societies. We can be found regularly supporting a show and thoroughly enjoy exhibiting at limit, open and championship level.

I am also a L2 List labrador breed specialist judge, having undertaken my first judging appointment of labradors in June 2016. I am also a L2 non specialist judge for Golden Retrievers having undertaken my first appointment in 2018, for Flat Coated Retrievers (since 2023) (L1). Welsh Springer Spaniels (L2), Irish Red and White Setters (L2) and have an interest in all gundog breeds.
