We bought home our first Labrador Zack in 2006 his he was a very special boy, big chunky black Labrador. This was the time when we fell in love with the breed and have never looked back. Zack sadly went over the rainbow bridge in 2019.

We were searching for our 2nd lab and came across a fantastic breeder of show with a working line type chunky labs: Fiocastle in Lancashire. In March 2021 River came home with us, she is from Fiocastle’s Mabel & Frank’s first litter.

She has a wonderful temperament and is just lovely! Beautiful, friendly and such a gentle girl who is best friends with our little coton de tulear and our cat.

River had her first beautiful litter in Dec 2022. Her offspring are currently weighing 33kg at just 9 months of age!
