We were taken over by Spinoni after almost 20 years involvement with Dobermanns which we showed, trained (obedience training) and bred (4 litters). We introduced our first Spinone, "Amber" into our home in 1997. We were attracted to the breed by their appearance and by their wonderful temperament and we spent many months finding out all we could about the breed and meeting many of the dogs and their owners before we took the plunge. We have never regretted it and have now been completely taken over by Spinoni.
We are interested in every aspect of the breed. We enjoy showing and we are starting to become involved in the working side of the breed.
Kath has attended the annual Spinone Raduno in Italy, and also the Spinone Club of America's annual event. In November 2008 we imported a male pup from Italy "Do" (Adone del Feriiia). he had a huge impact on our lives, being the sire of Nella (Redrue Brunella del Feriiia) and "Sammy" (Feriiia Danila). who was out of"Amy" (Feriiia Amalia)
We lost our last home bred dog this January 2025. He was born in August 2014 out of "Nella" sired by "Pinto" (ShCh & NedCh Perugino dal Podere Antico). Joop was the white and orange dog we had waited a long time for and his loss has prompted our desire to have another.
