The home of show champions and top winning Labradors, English Springer Spaniels and a Weimaraner.

Labrador Retrievers - It was in 1976 that a Labrador first entered the Allen household; it was time for a dog to be part of our family, and with having a young son, reliable temperament was the number one priority in deciding which breed. A Labrador fitted the bill exactly. A litter was found by Landyke Laird x Weston Honey (a Grand Daughter of Ch Reanacre Twister), so Heidi joined our family.

By 1980 we decided to look for another Labrador. After making numerous telephone calls and viewing several litters, we tracked down a litter by SH CH Stajantors Honest John x Stajantors Pearl. From this litter we choose a very proud puppy who, at eight weeks of age screamed 'look at me'. The very proud dog turned out to be Sh Ch Squire Harvey of Allenie, a winner of 6 CC's, 1 RCC, a Group Winner and undoubtedly the greatest accolade was winning Best of Breed At Crufts in 1985 and reaching the final eight in the group.

There have been many other consistent CC, RCC and Championship Show winners since then which we have campaigned as a family. These include

* Sh Ch Allenie's Maverick JW ShCM 14CC's 16RCC's G1, G2, G4 and DCC CRUFTS 2011
* Sh Ch Allenie's Ophelia 3CC's 4RCC's
* Sh Ch, Am and Can Ch Salty Dog or Tampa Bay 23CC's and BOB CRUFTS 2012
* Sh Ch, Am and Can Ch Salty's Surfer Girl of Tampa Bay 6CC'a and 3 RCC's (inc RCC CRUFTS 2015)
* Sh Ch and Am Ch Tampa Bay and Snobo Gusty Seas Batten Down the Hatch 3CC's and 5RCC's.

English Springer Spaniels -
Our first entered the kennel in 1985 as Anthony's dog. Other followed but there was then a break of 10 years. It was not until 2006 when we decided to have another springer, and what a star Eric has been.

* Sh Ch Trimere Talking Point of Allenie JW 23CC's 7RCC's BOB at CRUFTS 2009 and 2010.
* Sh Ch Art-Waves Standing Ovation for Allenie 12CC's 7RCC's and BOB CRUFTS 2018.

We have never had a large kennel and we are proud that most of the dog mentioned here are champions or have been awarded CC's or RCC's.

We strive to produce dogs of a type that have good temperaments and we find pleasing to the eye and are comfortable with the type we have developed. We are of course always looking to the future and the next generation.
