I am a retired gamekeeper and regularly work the dogs through the winter months. Our Goldies are bred from working stock and are bred for good temperaments and working ability. Like all working Goldies they have endless energy and need plenty of regular exercise, both mentally and physically which should be a major consideration before deciding on a working Goldie.
