Balnaguard

At Balnaguard Gundogs we breed working gundogs from our own working dogs. Picking up through the winter and training and testing through the summer keeps our dogs fit and healthy. Our dogs are athletic and friendly as you would expect from Labradors.
We also have a small team of working spaniels.
Bruce is an excellent dog with a great temperament. He excels at loving people is biddable and has been very easy to train. Currently working in my picking up team and competing in tests.
A medium built dog with a good amount of bone and conformation.
Balnaguard Glenfiddich or Sam is a very fast, stylish and focused dog. He marks everything and has a phenomenal memory. He works over the flat and hills and loves water there is nothing he has refused so far!
At three years old Sam is developing into a well muscled and biddable dog with lots of potential for working in the picking up team and as a serious trialing contender. I enjoy this dog immensely and can fully recommend him as a stud if you are looking for these qualities.
Minimouse is a fantastic spaniel! Everyday she makes me smile which is really what it is all about. She works a lovely pattern and hunts up well but is sharp on the whistle too. To date our greatest achievement was to pick up "silently" ( no whistle or voice) at the IGL retrieve championships 2019. Mouse excelled!
