About Us – Catrigg Retrievers

Nestled in the heart of the stunning Yorkshire Dales, Catrigg Retrievers is a Kennel Club-registered breeder committed to producing healthy, well-socialised Golden Retrievers with excellent temperaments. We are proud to hold a 5-star breeding licence with Craven District Council, and all of our dogs are fully health tested—including hip and elbow scores, eye testing, and DNA screening.

Our puppies are lovingly raised in a family environment with a strong focus on early socialisation, toilet training, and gentle exposure to the sights and sounds of everyday life. We breed from carefully selected lines, producing both classic cream and fox red shade of yellow Retrievers known for their kind nature and intelligence.

Whether destined to be a loyal family companion or a working dog, each of our puppies receives the very best start in life. We are passionate about matching our puppies with the right homes and offer lifelong support to all our new families.
