I have bred/worked and shown lightly the Hungarian Vizsla for nearly 20 years and now on 5th generation but have now added to my Autumnglory Breedline a stunning beautiful German Shortaired Pointer Rievers Baron Von Autumnglory named after my beloved Vizsla who was Red Baron Von Autumnglory who died the day Jonte was conceived! I am very familiar with the GSPs as having spent many years working alongside them on shoots and field/working trials and was always most impressed with them too!

Jonte at just 4 months old was already showing great promise in hunting/pointing etc and at 6 months old despite untrained pointing and retrieving warm/live game to hand naturally from water and blind retrieves too and very soft mouthed as not a mark on even live game! Very gentle and gives to hand perfectly!

Jonte is only 1% inbred well below the average and has good working/show lines of Deeptatch and Birkenwald in his pedigree. He will be of good size and height with good bone too. Superbly proportioned with stunning markings of being a Live/White Spotted & Ticked GSP and carried/holds his docked tail beautifully especially with it being white tipped! Superb gait and balance, clipping daisy action!

He is already being DNA Health Tested by Laboklin for JEB a new test and also for Von Willebrand Type II so is not a carrier for these diseases. Will be DNA Profiled and Hip Scored etc when old enough like with all my Hungarian Vizslas. BOTH TESTS CAME BACK N/N CLEAR not carrying an genes etc!! Also like with my Vizslas has sent of DNA Samples for research for the AHT in particular for Idiopathic Epilepsy to compare as being non affected and also has been DNA Profiled too by the AHT which give you list of all gene values etc.

Jonte now has been tested for over 200 DNA Genetic Traits by Wisdom Panel in conjunction with the University of Helsinki and is 100% PURE GSP many are NOT! Has correct eye/coat colour and is a top breeding example of the GSP as already proven as was chosen for International GSP Calendars and The Complete Guide Book for the GSP again by the USA and this USA Vet Author too!

Jonte is perfect example of a GSP very obedient even from 10 weeks old off lead and recall etc but also a velcro type boy very similiar to my HVs with a most gentle, sweet loving calm, relaxed nature too but into everything at the moment as very intelligent/inquisitive. Not fearful or nervous and already been shot over by the Army and Fireworks no bother even runs up to strange noises etc and is a good guard dog too but no at all vicious!!

He will make an excellent addition to Autumnglory and to carry on our good name too!

Jonte at his first show being the GBAS (Gundog Champ Show) at just 7 months won 1st in Minor Puppy so delighted and proud that he is carrying on my good Breed Line! Was told he should do well in the future!

His Critique/Report from Top Judge Richard Morris was "7 months l/w well constructed throughout excelling in short back and slightly raised loin, strength of pads, width and firmness across the loin for his age. Head in proportions to his body and muzzle length to skull, attractive eye colour and shape, depth of brisket, pleasing sound straight, well formed front. Well muscled hindquarters, super strong bone throughout. Needs to relax a bit and free up somewhat on the move (first show!) tail well set and carried!" Also stated once settled will do well!

We are delighted that Jonte has been chosen out of hundreds of photos for the GERMAN SHORTHAIRED POINTERS INTERNATIONAL 2020 LARGE CALENDAR by Browntrout a lovely puppy photo of him for August! Then was chosen to be in The Complete Guide To The GSP!

He is a well proven stud dog siring large litters of over 12 puppies. Always a waiting list for his puppies all sold even before mating and breeders keeping a puppy to carry on lines.

Jonte has now been hip/elbow tested 2/5 hips and 0/0 elbows and only 1.9% Inbred compared to the Average of 5.8% for the Breed! Has been Heart and Eye Tested CLEAR!

Available for stud to approved health tested bitches we don not breed with any GSP Bitch only to a select few so not used all the time for money etc!

A long waiting list for his puppies even for years as we don't breed often just to a select few bitches!
