At The Alaskan Malamute Club Show, Autumn 1997 (Judge: Liz Cartledge) the Myatuk '96 litter took all the major puppy awards between them and gained -

1st & 2nd in Puppy Dog
1st & 2nd in Puppy Bitch
Best Puppy in Show and
Reserve Best Puppy in Show

Being awarded Best Puppy in Show Myatuk Sirius 'Floyd' (owned by Ian & Jayne Hood) also qualified to become the Malamute Club representative at the Top Puppy Competition 1997 where from 32 puppies he gained 3rd place
