Fertility tested July 2024 again with excellent results - if interested in using him - we will confirm everything s still working deforestation- his latest litter was born 17 feb 2025 - 9 black and yellow babies.

Bruce (Vicford Aladdin Arghishalee (A.I.)) is from Vicford Labradors first litter. He acquired his KC Stud Book number in April 2018 at East Anglian LRC Champ Show (handled by Kirsty, Serengoch Labradors), qualifying him for Crufts for life.

He loves life and has a wicked sense of fun; sired by the well known Int CH Carpenny Scenario, like his dad he has 0/0 hips and elbows, and two sisters with excellent hips and elbows.

Bruce is genetically clear for prcd-PRA (g-PRA), CNM, HNPK, SD2, MCD, STGD, RD/OSD and EIC with a current clear eye certificate (Oct 24)

Bruce started showing in Aug 2013, delighting us with his results at open and champ shows qualifying for Crufts a number of years, and gaining his Stud Book Number in April 2018.

Bruce is bright & biddable, often seen walking alongside my scooter / wheelchair.

He's an excellent stud dog, recent fertility checked (as good as dogs half his age) - I will probably conduct some more DNA tests on him as we have frozen semen available with excellent post thaw viability.

He has been tested again the week commencing 16/12 - the numbers and motility are quite remarkable for his age - please contact me for further information.

Our first chocolate in the family for 11 years. Bred by Serengoch Labradors, this gorgeous boy brings a blend of Welsh and US breeding lines into our "kennels".

Pre-COVID, he was doing exceptionally well in the showring with multiple Crufts 2020 qualifications & 1st's at champ shows, predominantly handled by our good friend, and his breeder, Kirsty, supported by my partner and other friends.

Chip is hip scored 4/5, elbows 0, clear eye certificate, and DNA Clear for prcd-PRA, CNM, EIC, SD2, MCD, STGD, DM, Cystinuria & RD/OSD - he has his RKC Stud Book Number and Crufts qualified for life

Available at stud to bitches who are hip and elbow scored with a clear eye certificate, and HNPK Clear.

Lovingly bred by Stourmere Gundogs - I felt I'd been transported back in time when asked if they could use Dylan.

This predominantly working kennel owned and worked a beautiful show-bred bitch who I remembered from her early time in the show-ring.

The litter, and DJ in particular delighted in every way; my life was so much richer for sharing it with this beautiful boy who combined his parents sensitive natures with the most wicked sense of fun and a real love of showing - we lost him to liver failure in October 2022, something I've really struggled to come to terms with.

He qualified for Crufts 6 years running and won Veteran dog at Richmond Champion Show 2022 under breed judge, Ian Dawson (Beskerby).

Clover was our first show girl, lovingly bred by Penny Carpanini. With a real 'butter wouldn't melt' mix, she was an adorable minx with a unique outlook on life who captivated everyone she met.

Clover took some lovely results in the show ring including numerous 1st places & Best of Breeds/Reserve Best of Breed, adult and puppy group placings, best puppy and BOS in show, qualifying for Crufts 2009 and 2010.

There won't be another Lab quite like Clover, she was great fun to live with and show, burrowing into the hearts of nearly everyone she met

Dylan was our gorgeous yellow boy lovingly bred by Judith Keating, Whistletyne Labradors. He went to the bridge far too early,leaving us with many wonderful memories, and his children, grand and gg babies.

He was as much of a sweetheart as he looked; his gentle laid back nature and great sense of fun truly captured our hearts and those he met. A true gent among Labradors.

Dylan qualified for Crufts 2012 & 2013 acquiring his KC Stud Book Number in 2014, qualifying him for Crufts for life.

He produced beautiful babies, including Crufts qualifiers, Stud Book Numbers and Working Gun-dog Certificates holders.

Clover went to the bridge in early 2018, she will be sorely missed by us and the dogs alike. Sadly, Dylan joined her later in 2018, leaving us devastated for the loss of 2 such amazing characters: life will never be quite the same.

I use all the mandatory and recommended health tests, plus additional DNA tests.

After much consideration, in 2019 we brought in our first chocolate dog in 11 years after seeing an irresistible litter lovingly bred by Serengoch Labradors, a blend of Welsh and US lines.

Mum is from the famous Oakhouse Kennel, whilst dad is a US Grand CH now living in the Netherlands. Check out Chips's (Serengoch's Lincoln Gyda Arghishalee (A.I.) ) page for more info. Chip is a superstar to live with, and enjoying a superb show career with many 1st placings and Crufts qualifications at Championship shows until we hit lockdown. He qualified for Crufts at his first champ show under Pam Blay (Stabalheim) in 2022 - kindly handled by Vicki Crawford (Vicford Labradors). He went a step further in 2023 handled by Ellie Moore (Gower Dog Walker and Trainer) gaining his Stud Book Number qualifying him for Crufts for life. DJ and Chip grew inseparable (Chip trained him to be a dog) - spookily when we got his stud book number was 2011DJ.

We have a health-tested male (Bruce) producing superb black & yellow* babies (* yellow dependent on bitch colours) with his SBN. They live inside as part of the family, taking life in their stride, just as happy chilling on the sofa, or running around the beach or show-ring.

Bruce was also my part-time assistance dog; the most biddable boy with 2nd generation 0/0 hips & elbows; he is producing superb progeny to show and working bred girls alike; he's recently produced a 3rd generation of 0/0 hips and elbows to Triplecroft Golden Eye, congratulations to her breeders and owner. He's passed his grace at working with me to his daughter Missie. Bruce has recently been fertility tested (Dec 24) and is more than firing on all cylinders and is available for matings, frozen or chilled semen available. Evidence of status can be seen and provided to anyone who uses him.

Our first Lab Hally, went to the Bridge in December 2013 leaving a massive hole in our lives; her spirit and character lives on through her children and grandchildren - sadly most of her babies have now gone to the bridge, with some surving until 15/16 years olds.

Bruce, and Dylan (2010-2018) are now at least grand-dads - it's nice to see these lines continued.

Our hobby is showing, which we do regularly at all levels from Companion to Championship shows; we exhibited at Crufts in 2009/10, 2012/13/14/15/16, - despite qualifying the dogs, we weren't there in 2017 & 18 for personal reasons, we have continued to qualify our dogs with Bruce and Chip qualified for Life, and Milo qualified for 2025.

I am very lucky my dogs continue to be shown thanks to my partner and some inspirational outstanding friends.

I am on the Labrador Breed Council Breed Specialist judging B list and have judged Irish Setters and Weimaraners at Open shows.
