Jaskar

We have owned Golden Retrievers since 1981, our first two dogs were Channri Cerrigold and Channri Caleb.
The very special foundation bitch of the Jaskar kennel was Westley Rachel of Jaskar (22.2.86 -28.4.00). She was mated to Sh Ch Stirchley Saxon and produced Jaskar Jordan a super dog who did a great deal of winning, including 2CCs and 3RCCs
We have a second Westley bitch Westley Jacinda of Jaskar and she was mated to Sh.Ch. Elswood the Highlander from which we have Jaskar Christmas Joy(Flo|) She was mated to Sh Ch Deloro Gucci with Canina from this litter we have Jaskar Vanessa and Victoria. Victoria has now produced a litter to Squirrelsmead Digby of Canina,
Both Vanessa and Victoria are shown and have had some success.
Our other Gundog breed is Flatcoated Retrievers. Jaskar Strathmore Water is now retired from showing and enjoys a life of leisure!
His sister Jaskar Sound of Isla was the dam of Jaskar Sound of Taransay Scott(sire Ch Gayplume Dream Maker) Scott is now back showing in the Limit class.
Jaskar Reflection of Willow(Meg) is an absolute delight to live with, she is still shown on occasion.
Our third breed a Wirehaired Dachshund Sophie, who is an absolute delight and a real character. She came as a "pet" was seen by those with knowledge of the breed and has been shown with great success, eventually becoming a Champion.
Sophie has a Dachs friend Soneve Penny, who now lives with us.
